FULL WALKTHROUGH

So you're stuck in the game? Do you need a little hint? Have no fear, by popular demand the FULL WALKTHROUGH is here!

NOTES: I have left out such trivial actions as "OPEN DOOR" when entering and leaving buildings, etc. There are also quite a few typing shortcuts for things such as this… i.e. - "O D" can be used in place of "OPEN DOOR", "L" is short for "LOOK". "L" and "R" can be used in place of "LEFT" and "RIGHT" respectively. You should also have a basic familiarity with the campus layout, such as the names of certain buildings/dorms. You can use the map inventory item to help you with this. The names and locations of other buildings/landmarks will only become clear by looking around and exploring the campus. It may be helpful to make your own map. Also note, there are many ways of phrasing different actions. I am only giving one possible way for each of the instructions in this walkthrough. The numbers in parentheses are the number of points awarded for each action.

JEFF (25 POINTS)

Hit ESC, choose the first menu option "ABOUT URI QUEST". (1)

Go to Jeff's desk. READ SCHEDULE. (1)

Go to Jeff's closet. OPEN LEFT CLOSET, GET GUITAR. (1)

Leave the room. In the hallway outside the room, LOOK CHALKBOARD. (2)

Go upstairs to the 4th floor. Go to the door on the right. KNOCK LIZ DOOR, OPEN LIZ DOOR.

Inside Liz's room, TALK LIZ. (1)

Go down to the bottom floor, when you enter the lobby, you will have to avoid Jen. This can be done most easily by moving diagonally down and right, then around the furniture. (2)

Go to Lippitt Hall. TALK MARY. (2)

Go to Tyler Hall. Go to the dispatch counter. RING BELL, GIVE TAPE. (1)

Go upstairs to the computer lab. TALK KID. (1)

Cindy will arrive and talk to you. (1)

Go back to Lippitt. Go to the right and you will have to avoid the psycho janitor. This is best done by immediately hitting the diagonal key (southeast) and hanging a hard right. Walk around all the cubicles and enter the one on the top left. (1)

The phone will ring. ANSWER PHONE. (2)

Go to Bressler Hall, 3rd floor. Walk down the hallway until you see the naked guy. GIVE CONDOM. (2)

Continue down the hall to the last section where Neal's room is. OPEN DOOR. TALK NEAL. (1)

Go back to your dorm room in Aldrich Hall. TALK JOHN. (1)

Go into the bathroom from the hall. UNDRESS. Go into the shower, TAKE SHOWER. (2)

OPEN CABINET, GET TOWEL, DRESS.

Go to the lobby of the dorm, watch the scene, end of day. (3)

ED (25 POINTS)

Go to your phone, ANSWER PHONE. (1)

Go to your desk, READ SCHEDULE. (2)

Go to Aldrich Hall, 4th floor. KNOCK LIZ DOOR, OPEN LIZ DOOR. TALK LIZ. (2)

Go to the 2nd floor, LOOK CHALKBOARD. (2)

Enter Jeff's dorm room, TALK JOHN. (1)

LOOK SHELF, GET PENNY. (1)

Go to Keaney Gym. OPEN WALLET. (3)

GIVE ID. Go to the right wall. LOOK WALL, LOOK POCKETS, LOOK OTHER IDS. Try to leave, the man will ask your name. MARK BRICKMAN. (5)

Go to the parking lot near Aldrich Hall. ENTER CAR. (2)

At Patsy's, talk to the drunk, GIVE PENNY. (1)

Enter Patsy's, BUY VODKA. (1)

Leave Patsy's, ENTER CAR. Go to the lobby in Aldrich Hall, end of day. (4)

JOHN (25 POINTS)

Go to John's desk. LOOK JOHN DESK. (3)

Go to John's closet. OPEN JOHN CLOSET, GET RACKET. (1)

Leave the room, LOOK CHALKBOARD. (2)

Go to Liz's room. KNOCK LIZ DOOR, OPEN LIZ DOOR, TALK LIZ. (3)

Go to Fine Arts. Follow the hallways until you reach the lockers. John's in near the left. OPEN LOCKER. (5)

Go to Ed's dorm room on the 4th floor of Bressler. OPEN DOOR. (2)

You will talk to Ed. When you are able to type again, USE RACKET. (4)

You will talk to Ed again. (2)

Go to Ziggy's room in Aldrich Hall. You will talk to Ziggy, thus ending John's part of the game. (3)

ZIGGY (25 POINTS)

Go to Ziggy's desk. LOOK SCHEDULE. (1)

Go to where you can see behind Ziggy's bureau. LOOK BEHIND ZIGGY BUREAU, GET CALCULATOR. (1)

Leave the room. LOOK CHALKBOARD. (1)

Go into Jeff's dorm room and stand in front of the drawers. OPEN TOP DRAWER, LOOK TOP DRAWER, GET OJ. (1)

OPEN BOTTOM DRAWER, LOOK BOTTOM DRAWER, GET GUM. (1)

Go to the 4th floor. KNOCK LIZ DOOR, OPEN LIZ DOOR, TALK LIZ. (1)

Go to the small parking lot west of the Union, LOOK GROUND, GET STRING. (1)

CHEW GUM. (1)

ATTACH GUM TO STRING.

Now you need to find the 12 quarters, here are the locations and instructions:

Quarter 1: From the screen where the blue dumpster is, move one screen west and one screen south. Move into the area where the dorm (Hutchinson Hall) is blocking the view of your character. LOOK GROUND, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 2: Go to the opening in the blue dumpster, LOOK DUMPSTER, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 3: Go to the cannon on the quad, stand looking into the barrel. LOOK CANNON, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 4: Go to the area just south of Green Hall where there are two bushes. Stand between the bushes, LOOK GROUND, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 5: Go to the engineering quad, stand just behind the strange statue. LOOK STATUE, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 6: Go inside the Union. LOOK TABLE, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 7: Go inside the Library, near the phone. LOOK PHONE, LOOK COIN RETURN SLOT, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 8: Go to the area in front of Tucker Hall. You will see a small gray thing on the ground, stand on it. LOOK GROUND, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 9: Go to the area in front of Adams Hall where there is a tree. Stand just behind the tree. LOOK TREE, LOOK HOLE, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 10: Go to the area north of Bressler Hall where there is a tree (outside of Ed's dorm room). Stand under the tree where you can't see your character. LOOK GROUND, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 11: Go stand just behind the statue of Rhody the Ram. LOOK RAM, GET QUARTER. (1)

Quarter 12: Go to the upper-east most part of Upper College Road. You will see the quarter in the street. Stand near it, but not in the street itself. LOOK GROUND, USE FISHING LINE. (1)

Go to the quad where you see the bum walking around. GIVE JUICE. (1)

Go to Fine Arts, you will meet John. (1)

Go to the classroom in Ballantine Hall to take your test. (1)

Go to the laundry room in Aldrich Hall. Stand in front of the washing machine on the right. DO LAUNDRY. (1)

Go to the front side of Bressler Hall, you will meet Ed. (1)

Go to ROJO's (Roger Williams Dining Hall) to meet with the others. End of Ziggy's part.
